The following terms are applicable to any Goods that You purchased from Us
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings as defined below in the Definitions section. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
● “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Arman Jewelry Inc.
● “Good(s)” refers to the item(s) offered for sale on the Website.
● “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
● “Website” refers to ARMAN SARKISYAN, accessible from https://armansarkisyan.com/
● “You” means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.
Acceptance of Your Order
Please inspect the Goods You ordered upon receipt and contact Us immediately if the Goods are defective, damaged, or if you received a wrong item, so that We can evaluate and resolve the issue. We are not able to deliver to (place Goods in) a PO Box. Thus, please do not place any Order with a PO Box delivery address.
Your Order Return Rights
You may return Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for returning the ordered Goods is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered Goods.
In order to exercise Your right of return, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of Your decision by emailing Us at info@armansarkisyan.com.
All refunds will be issued to the same means of payment as You used for the Order. We will notify You once We receive and inspect Your return, and let You know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for Your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If a credit card has been used to make the purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply.
Conditions for Returns
In order for Your Order to be eligible for a return, the Goods must be in the same condition that You received them, unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and in perfect sellable condition. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to process the return. Please note that the following exclusions apply:
· Goods cannot be returned if the tag is removed.
· Goods that are personalized, bespoke, or made to order are non-returnable and non-refundable.
· Goods specified as “Final Sale” are ineligible for a refund. Goods must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund, including jewelry boxes and pouches.
· Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions. There will be a restocking fee of 2% applied to any returned Goods that are priced at above $2,000.00. For avoidance of doubt, if the returned Good is priced at $2,000.01, a 2% restocking fee shall be calculated and charged by Us. We also offer a one-time exchange option for Goods that are priced at above $2,000.00. To avoid any restocking fees, You may choose to exchange the Good You purchased with another item/product We offer; provided that the return of the purchased Good complies with this Return and Refund Policy.
Returning Goods
If Your return request is accepted, We will send You a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send Your package. Goods sent back to Us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods.
Prior to placing the return item in the box, ensure that all the parts are secured, and the piece will not have any friction during transit.
For security purposes, please ensure that the box is not marked with any insight as to what is inside. For example, do not write anything relating to the brand name or the type of Goods on the box.
Once received, the Goods will enter Our quality control inspection process. If the Goods are determined to be acceptable for return, it may take approximately 7 business days for Your refund to be fully processed. Please note that this timeframe may be longer around holidays or other popular gifting seasons. If the Goods are unable to pass the quality control inspection, We will be in touch with You regarding the next steps to return the Goods back to You.
